What a wonderful place! I enjoyed my stay so much. Loved the decoration and amenities of the condo. This complex is so well located. And I loved walking around the neighborhood feeling very safe. Can’t wait to come back again.!
Awesome place, although it is more of a residential area tmrqthern than a resort per se. I have to say that being inside Playacar is a big thing. If you rent here, you will be in a very centric place, near all the "happening" areas, and most importantly, you will feel safe at all times. Highly recommend!
Very comfortable, spacious apartments. Well maintained territory, small but good gym, nice clean pools. Steps away from Oxxo and a few good restaurants.

My friend bought a place and he says it's great for him back unit quiet and safe. An owner rental places so some areas are noisy but 4 pools kids adults but over all well built and underground parking.
This is a wonderful condo complex in playacar. It’s more long term residential then Airbmb but works for both. Features gorgeous landscaping and 4 nice pools. It’s a hike to get to downtown playa and the beach - at least 15 -20 min walk to either but taxis can be called for about $8-12 per ride. I live next door so that’s my perspective on it. Condo decor really can vary based on owner.
We rented a room here from Airbnb for our trip in Playa, Cancun, and Cozumel. Room was very nice along with the facilities including the pool. Reception was also helpful when needing something. One downside is that entering Playacar requires you to surrender your ID for a placard and then swap back when you leave. It can be quite annoying at times but not a huge deal. Restaurants and cafes nearby are good as well.
I could go on and on. this place was wonderful. Clean, peaceful, secure, beautiful. As much fun as we were having, the family would still sometimes opt to return to our place rather than keep going. What a refuge. I'd give 5 stars but for the entrance to the place the first two nights was a bit stressful and a couple of things that need to be fixed. We'd be back in a heartbeat. Next week if I didn't have to work!
